We will need some personal information from you if you have requested a quote from us or wish to register with our agency or apply for one of our jobs. If you choose not to work with us, we will then store your information securely for 6 years, unless you request for us to delete your data – after this time, we will erase your data safely from our secure system.

With those who use our services, we will keep those details securely on our database until you have finished using our services and for 6 years afterwards. After that time, we will remove your details, unless we are required by law or for audit reasons to keep them for longer.

When you apply for a job with Finest Recruits or send us your CV for consideration for future positions within the company, you have provided us with consent to contact you regarding jobs relevant to your experience and expertise within the company. We will store your details securely for 6 years at which time we will erase your information from our system securely. You are free to contact us to request the information we have about you. You can email us info@finestrecruits.co.uk or write to Finest Recruits, 13 Gough Road, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3QL to make your request and include your name and address and email address to ensure we can locate your data efficiently for you. Additional questions may be necessary to confirm your identity.
Under GDPR, Finest Recruits are duty bound to provide the information you request free of charge and can not refuse to carry out your requests, unless they are deemed excessive.
